Pokémon Sleep will add Misdreavus and Mismagius as new Pokémon on Oct. 26, 2026, at 3 p.m., giving players new Ghost-type Pokémon to encounter during sleep research. Both Pokémon will have the Dozing sleep type and can appear at Greengrass Isle, Snowdrop Tundra, Old Gold Power Plant and Greengrass Isle (Expert). Pokémon Incense for the new arrivals will also become available at launch. Mismagius will feature the new Mystical Fire (Cooking Advance S) main skill, which increases the cooking pot’s ingredient capacity for the next meal and slightly boosts the chance of preparing an Extra Tasty dish. The increased Extra Tasty rate remains active until an Extra Tasty dish is cooked or the player changes research sites. The new arrivals were announced on Oct. 15, ahead of their scheduled debut later this month.
