heo Group will release new The Hobbit playmats, new Ultimate Guard accessories, into retail on July 28, 2026.
TCG fans can delve even further into the world of The Hobbit when the Q3 Magic set releases (see “The Hobbit“) with this new series of playmats. The new wave of Ultimate Guard playmats features four playmats with maps of key locations of Middle-earth printed on them. The map playmats are as follows: The Shire Map, Wilderland Map, Middle-earth Map, and a sketch version of the Middle-earth Map. In addition to the four map playmats, heo will also release two other location playmats: Goblin Town and Thranduil’s Kingdom.
Each of these playmats retails for $29.99.
heo Group also announced a new wave of Squaroes: The Hobbit collectible deck boxes (see “‘Squaroes: The Hobbit’ Wave“).
