25th Century Games will release Ratzia, a new version of Reiner Knizia’s Ra, into retail on October 1, 2025.
In Ratzia, players find themselves in a gangster bidding war as they fence the haul from the previous night’s thefts. Players will need to bid on cars, jewelry, and even entire nightclubs by flipping over booty cards and auctioning them off. They score points on the items they accumulate, but players need to beware of police raids that can put an end to the illegal auction. This game is essentially Ra (see “Reiner Knizia’s ‘Ra’“) with a new theme, different auction items, and lack of catastrophes.
The game is for two to five players, ages 12 and up and plays in 45 minutes. It will retail for $24.99.
