‘Captain America’ Movie Reshoots; ‘The Boys’ S4 First Clip; ‘Venom: The Last Dance’ and ‘Alien: Romulus’ Trailers; New ‘Wallace & Gromit’ Teaser; ‘300’ Series in the Works

The heat is on in Hollywood, and it’s time for another round-up!

Marvel Studios has been reshooting parts of Captain America: Brave New World, according to The Hollywood Reporter.  The reshoots, which are happening over the course of 22 days in Atlanta, involve the addition of Giancarlo Esposito to the cast as well as adding new action sequences.  Captain America: Brave New World will hit theaters on February 14, 2025 (see “Best in Shows — 2025“).

Amazon Prime Video released a first clip of the upcoming season of The Boys Season 4 (see below).  The first three episodes begin streaming on June 13, 2024 (see “‘The Boys’ S4“).

Sony Pictures released an official trailer for Venom: The Last Dance (see below).  Venom: The Last Dance was recently pushed up to an October 25, 2024 release date (see “‘Venom 3’ Title, Date “).

20th Century Studios dropped an official trailer for Alien: Romulus (see below).  This movie will hit theaters on August 16, 2024 (see “2024“).

The BBC revealed a teaser for Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl (see below).  This new movie sees the return of Feathers McGraw from Wallace & Gromit: The Wrong Trousers.  Aardman recently released a new Chicken Run movie (see “‘Chicken Run’“).

Warner Bros. Television is developing a 300 series, according to Variety.  The director and co-writer of the original movie, Zach Snyder (see “Dawn of the Dead Helmer to Film ‘300’“), is in talks to direct and executive produce the project.
