Team up with this Elite Four member as she dons a new seasonal outfit alongside her partner Cofagrigus.

Lear is opening a brand-new museum on Pasio filled with gorgeous artifacts for people to enjoy. To ensure the success of his newest endeavor, he’s recruited the help of Roxanne and Lenora. But some seriously scary rumors have started circulating—museum security even reports hearing sobbing at night! Roxanne and Lenora vow to get to the bottom of it and team up with the Ghost-type specialist Phoebe, who’s been feeling a mysterious pull toward the museum… Find out how the tale unfolds in Pokémon Masters EX’s newest story event, The Haunted Museum!

Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus are a Ghost-type support sync pair that specialize in withstanding damage and raising the defenses of their allies. Their Trainer move It’s Lively Now! applies the Stat Reduction Defense effect to the allied field of play and raises the Defense and Sp. Def of all allied sync pairs by four stat ranks. However, it’s Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus’s passive skill Take Hit: Ignore Attack ↑ & Sp.Atk ↑ that really safeguards this sync pair. Except in certain circumstances, Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus ignore the opponent’s raised Attack and Sp. Atk when Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus are hit by that opponent’s move.

Defense is the name of the game for Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus, but they can also support their fellow sync pairs’ offense with their passive skill Hit: Team Attack ↑ & Sp. Atk ↑9. Whenever Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus successfully land an attack, this passive skill raises the Attack and Sp. Atk of all allied sync pairs by one stat rank. The unique ability to raise both Attack and Sp. Atk at the same time make Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus a scarily reliable support sync pair.

Morty & Drifblim
Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus are great at helping strike sync pairs that can’t fully raise their offensive stats on their own. One example is Morty & Drifblim, who can only raise their Attack by four stat ranks with two uses of Pierce the Veil! Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus’s passive skill Hit: Team Attack ↑ & Sp. Atk ↑9 will max out Morty & Drifblim’s Attack stat after Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus land two successful attacks.
Morty & Drifblim and Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus also share the Ghost theme skill, which raises allied sync pairs’ Attack and Sp. Atk by 15 when they use Ghost-type attacks. As they say, teamwork makes the “scream” work! Morty & Drifblim are available to scout from the general pool of 5★ sync pairs, as well as from the 5★-Guaranteed Ticket Scout and the 5★-Guaranteed Johto Ticket Scout.
Allister & Gengar
Like Morty & Drifblim, Allister & Gengar are unable to fully raise their Sp. Atk with just their Trainer move, No Escape! Normally, Allister & Gengar would have to use their Max Move, Max Ooze, to raise their Sp. Atk by an additional two stat ranks, but Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus’s Hit: Team Attack ↑ & Sp. Atk ↑9 solves that problem with just two successful attacks.
This enables Allister & Gengar to instead use G-Max Terror, restraining opposing sync pairs and activating their passive skill Hold Hostage 3, which powers up their moves against restrained targets. Allister & Gengar also have the Ghost theme skill, granting both sync pairs Attack, Sp. Atk, and HP bonuses when either use Ghost-type attacks. Allister & Gengar are available to scout from the general pool of 5★ sync pairs, as well as from the 5★-Guaranteed Ticket Scout and the 5★-Guaranteed Galar Ticket Scout.

5★ Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus are being featured in this limited-time seasonal sync pair scout!

Plus, the Phoebe Seasonal Scout and the Phoebe Seasonal Tiered Scout are on at the same time!

The featured Sync Pair will be released with their Sync Grid expanded, will have the ability to be raised to 6★ EX, and will have an EX Role available to unlock.

You can receive items as presents by using the Sync Pair Scout ×11 in the Phoebe Seasonal Scout!

Phoebe Seasonal Tiered Scout

Tiered Scouts are special Sync Pair Scouts that can only be used with Paid Gems.

Each time you scout, you will proceed to the next tier. The Phoebe Seasonal Tiered Scout goes up to Tier 10.

In the Phoebe Seasonal Tiered Scout, by using Sync Pair Scouts in Tiers 5 and 10, you will receive special Tickets to use in the Ticket Scout!

You can team up with this seasonal sync pair!

Ticket Scout Details

Ticket Scouts are special Sync Pair Scouts that can only be used with specific Tickets.

One 5★ Sync Pair is guaranteed in the Phoebe Seasonal Featured Ticket Scout, which requires a Ticket you can get in Tier 5 of the Phoebe Seasonal Tiered Scout to use. 5★ Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus have a higher chance of appearing.

Also, you can use the Ticket you get in Tier 10 on the Phoebe Seasonal Guaranteed Ticket Scout to team up with 5★ Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus guaranteed!

Note: Tickets earned from the Phoebe Seasonal Tiered Scout can only be used for the Ticket Scouts featuring 5★ Phoebe (Fall 2023) & Cofagrigus.

The presents obtainable in the Phoebe Seasonal Scout cannot be obtained from the 4th Sync Pair Scout ×11 onwards.
The presents obtainable in the Phoebe Seasonal Scout will be sent to your Present Box.
The number of times the daily discount (100 paid Gems per scout) can be used is reset each day.Reset Time: 11:00 p.m.
The Tiered Scout requires Paid Gems.
You cannot gain Scout Points in the Tiered Scout.
You can go to the Ticket Scout screen to check how many tickets you have received from the Tiered Scout. You cannot view this information from your Bag.
Please be aware that you will not be able to use any remaining tickets after the Ticket Scout ends.
Once you’ve gone through every tier in the Tiered Scout, it will no longer appear on the Sync Pair Scout selection screen.
Each tier is only available once and will not reset.
The tier completion progress for this Sync Pair Scout will be reset when it closes.
To unlock the sync grid, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
To upgrade to 6★ EX, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
