Alderac Entertainment Group (AEG) is a progressive and dynamic company that makes a range of board and card games, with the ambition to be the best small games company in the world. As part of the growth of our company, we are looking for the right individual to join our leadership team.
This position will lead our company by: creating innovative and effective marketing plans; in managing a team of sales & marketing staff; in identifying opportunities for growth in new channels and with new products; and in participating in the strategic planning for the company as a whole.
The successful candidate for this position will have prior experience in a managerial role overseeing sales & marketing teams. Will be able to demonstrate the ability to create an actionable plan for marketing & sales. Will have excellent interpersonal skills and a history of connecting with important people in appropriate channels. Will be capable of assembling a sales forecast and a marketing budget. Will be experienced in leveraging trade shows, consumer shows, and advertising platforms including Facebook and Google to drive revenue. Will be driven to expand the reach of AEG to new audiences.
We are seeking a senior leader who can join our team and immediately have an impact; this is a position suitable for someone with five or more years of management experience, who is comfortable with accountability for revenue generation.
The successful applicant can be based anywhere in the world and will work from home.
