Bandai will release GD-08 Booster Set, for Gundam CG, into retail on April 23, 2027.
The set adds new characters and Mobile Suits from the series to the game as well as cards that advance various already existing deck strategies. This set will also contain cards for new gameplay strategies and cards from previous sets reprinted as SP rares. There are a total of 138+2 card types in the set as well as 46 alt-art types. The rarity breakdown is as follows: 50 commons, 36 uncommons, 32 rares, 12 Legend Rares, 10 Special Rares, and 2 tokens.
Bandai will also release Ultimate Deck 02: Destiny Ignition, a new preconstructed deck for Gundam CG (see “‘Gundam CG’ ‘Ultimate Deck 02’ Heads to Retail“).
