Nintendo has released Nintendo Switch system update 23.0.1 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite and Nintendo Switch – OLED Model on Sept. 30, 2026. The update fixes an issue introduced in version 23.0.0 that could occasionally cause software to take a long time to start, pause or close. The update is available automatically when the console is connected to the internet, or can be installed manually through System Settings.
