Games Workshop will release Combat Patrol: Adeptus Custodes, for Warhammer 40,000, into retail soon.
This Combat Patrol allows players to start or add units to an Adeptus Custodes army. The force is led by a Shield-Captain, who has 6 Sentinel Guards and 3 Venatari in tow. This set also comes with a Custodian Dreadnought that can be built as either a Contemptor-Achillus or a Contemptor-Galatus.
Alongside the new Combat Patrol, GW will release a new Codex: Adeptus Custodes. This book features lore and information on 13 new detachments. It also includes 27 datasheets and comes in a standard softcover edition and a hardcover Collector’s Edition.
GW also announced Codex: Space Marines, a new rulebook for Warhammer 40,000 (see ”‘Warhammer 40,000 – Codex: Space Marines’“).
