Via Asmodee to U.S. Retail
Allplay will release Zoo Vadis, a board game by Reiner Knizia, into retail, via asmodee, on December 31, 2026.
This new game explores the concept of animals governing their own zoo. In this game, players position animals at key exhibits in the zoo in order to work their way up the internal zoo political hierarchy. They will negotiate with other animal groups to gain favor in an attempt to become the star exhibit and win laurels. The animal that earns the most laurels and support will become the Zoo Mascot.
The game supports three to seven players, ages 10 and up, and plays in 30 minutes. It will retail for $55.00.
Allplay also announced Through the Mountains, a new board game by Reiner Knizia, which will be headed to Kickstarter for crowdfunding (see “‘Through the Mountains’“).
