Cyberpunk TCG publisher WierdCo has announced that the second set for the trading card game will be tied to the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime series, in collaboration with DC PROJEKT RED and animation studio TRIGGER. The second season of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners dropped this week on Netflix (see “’Cyberpunk: Edgerunners’ S2 Trailer”).
Cyberpunk TCG Edgerunners: Burn Bright, introducing characters, weapons, cyberware, and scenes from the anime series, will be released in Spring 2027. The set will introduce new mechanics and a new chase rarity. The initial launch will be in English and French, with Chinese to follow.
The final SKU in the release of the first set, Cyberpunk TCG: Welcome to Night City Retail Edition Booster Displays, will be released early next month (see “’Cyberpunk TCG’ Retail Edition Incoming”).
