Pokémon GO’s September 2026 Community Day Classic featuring Gible took place Sept. 12 from 2-5 p.m. local time, giving Trainers increased chances to encounter the Land Shark Pokémon, including Shiny Gible and Gible with a Special Background. Trainers could also evolve Gabite through 9 p.m. local time to obtain Garchomp with the Charged Attack Earth Power, while event bonuses included 3× Catch XP, extended Incense and Lure Module durations and a Collection Challenge rewarding XP, Stardust and Garchomp Mega Energy. Additional Gible encounters and rewards were available through Field Research, Community Day Classic Special Research and Community Ambassador meetups, with the event now concluded.
