Dungeon Crawler Carl is clearly the cat’s meow going into the 2026 holiday season. Matt Dinniman’s hit novel series, consisting of eight books (thus far), has sold over 10 million copies, and is still climbing in popularity. The books are also getting adapted into a new streaming series for Peacock, which was announced recently (see “New ‘Dungeon Crawler Carl’ Showrunner“).
With all that said, Carl is expected to be fire for Christmas, and there are an absolute ton of games, graphic novels, comics, books and merch hitting the market for the IP. Per usual, ICv2 staff members have plucked out a few of the best of these items for retailers to stock on their holiday shelves.
