Brotherwise Games will release The Well of Ascension, an expansion for Mistborn: The Deckbuilding Game, into retail on November 18, 2026.
The expansion, designed by John D Clair, is based on the second book in Brandon Sanderson’s Mistborn series. This expansion features new powers and secrets for players to use as well as Alloy cards, new metals, and a Coinshot ability. It also includes new solo and cooperative modes that allows players to dive back into the Siege of Luthadel. In general, the expansion refreshes gameplay from the original deckbuilding game (see “‘Mistborn: The Deckbuilding Game’“).
The expansion, plus the base game, supports one to four players, ages 13 and up, and plays in 30 to 60 minutes. It will retail for $24.99.
