A new team of mutants comes together in the new Marvel Comics miniseries X-Orcists, by writer Ashley Allen and artist Germán Peralta, the creative team behind Magik and Magik & Colossus. Magik returns in X-Orcists to face a demon invasion from her former home, and she calls on fellow X-Man Juggernaut and sorceress Madelyne Pryor, along with other heroes, to aid her in the battle. The five-issue series will launch on November 18, 2026, with a main cover by Ben Harvey and variants by Dike Ruan and Russell Dauterman.
“Magik and Madelyne are both women who have been told what their paths should be, only to choose their own destinies,” Allen said in a statement accompanying the announcement. “Exploring this has been such a powerful and rewarding experience.”
Allen and Peralta are the creators of Magik’s first solo series (see “At 50, Marvel’s Magik Gets a Solo Ongoing Series“).
