Felicia Day and Wil Wheaton unveiled Conludo, a new board game series, which is being funded as part of The Guild: Ren Faire’d Kickstarter campaign.
The new board game series brings the two TableTop stars (see “Huzzah!“) back together for more fun, games, and most importantly to “play together” (the Latin translation of “conludo”). In each episode of this series, Wheaton and Day will start a topic of conversation and then choose a board game to pair with that conversation, inviting their friends to join in and play.
“We’ve both really missed having an excuse to hang out,” said Felicia Day. “Conludo is truly a celebration of all the wonderfully nerdy things that inspire us, the creative people behind them, and of course the thing we love most: sitting down together and playing games with our friends!”
The first episode of the series will be unlocked as a stretch goal when The Guild: Ren Faire’d Kickstarter campaign hits $4.6 million in funding. Additional episodes are unlocked with each additional $100,000 in funding the campaign receives. Currently, funding for the campaign stands at $4.2 million from 27,823 backers.
