Wizards of the Coast revealed product line details for Star Trek, a new Magic: The Gathering booster set, which will hit retail on November 13, 2026.

WotC released previews of this Q4 set right before heading off to Amsterdam for MagicCon (see “Star Trek’ Booster Set“). The SKUs for Star Trek include what seems to be the standard array of products for a 2026 Universes Beyond set; the only variation between Universes Beyond product lines seems to be whether or not a line has Commander decks. As an point of note, the contents of the Beginner Boxes have changed to include Jumpstart decks, which replace the themed half-decks (which were essentially composed of two Jumpstart boosters). The product line contains the following:

Star Trek Collector Booster Packs and Displays.  These premium packs contain cards with exclusive card treatments, extended art, and autographs. Displays contain 12 packs with 15 Magic: The Gathering cards (MSRP $37.99 per pack).

Star Trek Play Booster Packs and Displays.  Play Boosters come with 14 Magic: The Gathering cards; they are packaged in 30-pack displays (MSRP $6.99 per pack).

Star Trek Bundle.  The bundle contains 9 Play Boosters, 10 traditional foil basic lands (5 are full-art), 10 non-foil basic lands (5 are full-art), a foil alt-art card, a storage box, an Oversized Spindown life counter, and 2 reference cards (MSRP $69.99).

Star Trek Beam Me Up Bundle.  These bundles come with 8 Play Boosters, 15 traditional foil basic lands (5 are full-art), 15 non-foil basic lands (5 are full-art), a storage box, an Oversized Spindown life counter, 2 reference cards, and a Collector Booster (MSRP $99.99).

Star Trek Scene Boxes. These contain 6 traditional foil cards and 6 art-only cards that create a scene from the series when properly aligned. They also come with 3 Play Boosters and a display easel.  There are two different Scene Boxes for this set: Enterprise-Q and Divergent Timelines (MSRP $41.99).

Star Trek Draft Night.  Draft Night boxes contain 12 Play Boosters, a Collectors Booster, and 90 lands (MSRP $119.99).

Star Trek Beginner Box. This is an entry level boxed set that comes with 2 instant-play decks, 8 Jumpstart decks, a rules reference booklet, 2 playmats, 8 themed half-decks, 5 double-sided tokens, and 2 Spindown life counters (MSRP $119.99).

Star Trek Commander Decks and Collector’s Edition Decks. These pre-constructed decks come with 100 cards, 30 of which are new to Magic, 10 double-sided token cards, a deck box, a strategy insert, and a reference card. There are four different Commander decks available: Federation Fleet, Landing Party, Klingon Fury, and We Are the Borg ((MSRP $74.99; MSRP $159.99 for Collector’s version).

Star Trek Prerelease Pack. Prerelease Packs are specifically for use in prerelease events and include 6 Play Booster packs, a traditional foil rare or mythic rare card, and a Spindown life counter.
