Warhammer 40K: Boltgun 2 – New Demo Available Now
Warhammer 40K: Boltgun 2, as you might imagine, is the sequel to Boltgun. These are both retro shooters in the style of games like Doom or Quake. Only instead of zombies and demons and cyberdemons, you’re taking on poxwalkers and daemons and daemons with cybernetic implants for maximum tech heresy.
And as part of Skulls 2026, the Warhammer video game fest, you can find a new demo of the upcoming retro shooter. There are all sorts of new toys to play with, including a new champion.
Obliterate heretics in the name of the Emperor in Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2! Play as Ultramarine Malum Caedo or Sister of Battle Nyra Veyrath in this sequel to retro FPS Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun with MORE enemies, MORE weapons, and NEW ways to purge!

I do love that for this one, you can Ultramarine it up or go for the acrobatic stylings of a Sister of Battle. You can play through the first little chunk of the game. Enough to get a feel for the frenetic action.
If you liked the first one, this feels like a refinement/expansion of that classic shooter feeling. Personally, I hope they go even bigger in this one. But for now, the demo is more than enough to whet the appetite.
