For Publishing and North American Distribution of ‘Fighting Fantasy Quest: The Warlock of Firetop Mountain’
Ulisses Spiele inked a deal with Goodman Games for publishing and North American distribution of Fighting Fantasy Quest: The Warlock of Firetop Mountain.
Ulisses Spiele is a German publisher founded in 1991 by Ulich Roos. They are the current publishers of Torg and Fading Suns, which they recently acquired with the purchase of Sigil Services, LLC. in 2023 (see “Ulisses Spiele Acquires Sigil Services“). The agreement with Goodman Games will likely help their crowdfunding efforts with NA audiences, and provide Ulisses Spiele with an experienced team to bring Fighting Fantasy Quest: The Warlock of Firetop Mountain to market in the U.S. and Canada.
“Goodman Games fans love old-school fantasy adventure, and Fighting Fantasy is perfect for all of us,” said Joseph Goodman, owner of Goodman Games.
Fighting Fantasy Quest: The Warlock of Firetop Mountain is a dungeon-crawling board game that was adapted from the 1982 gamebook by Steve Jackson and Sir Ian Livingstone (see “Knighthood“). It is for one to four players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 60 minutes. The game launches on Gamefound for crowdfunding on February 10, 2026.
