Ever since the game first got going in August 2023, publisher Ravensburger has kept up a rapid pace that rivals more established trading card games. Right now, Lorcana puts out four sets a year, with an annual Illumineer’s Quest standalone release on top.

The newest Disney Lorcana set
Fabled is the latest Disney Lorcana set, and came out August 29, 2025. The first Lorcana release that’s primarily a reprint set, Fabled made its limited slots for new cards count, with stunning, Iconic versions of Mickey and Minnie.
This new Iconic rarity, plus an Epic card variant that’s less scarce than Enchanted, gives lots of fun for pack-ripping collector types.
The next Disney Lorcana set
Whispers of the Well is the next upcoming Disney Lorcana set. Releasing on November 7, 2025, this set has a detective theme as well as the first appearance of Zootopia protagonists Judy and Nick.
