Pokémon Sleep is continuing to add new content on a regular basis. Read on below to learn more:

[Official] “Pokémon Sleep”‘s first real-life event, “Find It in Shibuya! Pokémon Wishes Research Supported by TOKYU GROUP” is being held!

The first real event to commemorate the second anniversary of the global release of “Pokémon Sleep” will be held from Friday, July 18th to Sunday, July 27th, “Find it in Shibuya! Pokémon Negao Research Supported by TOKYU GROUP”! At the special venue at Shibuya Sakura Stage, there will be an exhibition looking back on the history of “Pokémon Sleep” and a giant Snorlax will also appear! In addition, there will be a “Pokémon Sleep Shop” selling special event goods for “Pokémon Sleep”!

To commemorate the debut of these Pokémon, Pokémon Befriending Bundles (Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip, and Plusle and Minun) Vol. 1 will be available!

Included within are items that can help you befriend and raise TreeckoTorchicMudkipPlusle, and Minun.
You can encounter these debuting Pokémon by setting their incense in the areas where they appear!

Pokémon incenses give off a scent that’s loved by one specific species of Pokémon. If you set one before sleeping, a Pokémon of that species will appear for sure during your next sleep research.

You can set up your incense on the stump by your tent or via the pop-up that appears when you tap the Sleep button.

Celebrate the Second Anniversary Fest with new Pokémon sleep styles—and maybe a nap or two!

Pokémon Sleep celebrates two dreamy years with two special events packed with goodies, gifts, and bonuses. The party starts with the Second Anniversary Prelude Event—happening Monday, July 7, 2025, to Monday, July 14, 2025—followed by the Second Anniversary Fest, which runs from Monday, July 14, 2025, to Monday, July 28, 2025. During the Second Anniversary Fest, Treecko, Torchic, and Mudkip will appear for the first time in Pokémon Sleep!

During the Second Anniversary Prelude Event, Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly—stars of the First Anniversary Fest—will be more likely to appear, and you’ll enjoy additional bonuses to get you ready for the Second Anniversary Fest.

Then, starting Monday, July 14, 2025, Pokémon Sleep will welcome Hoenn’s first partner Pokémon Treecko, Torchic, and Mudkip alongside the two-week-long Second Anniversary Fest! Rest your very best to make the most of even bigger bonuses, and keep a close eye out for even more special surprises.

Jul. 20 (Sun) marks the second anniversary of Pokémon Sleep’s global release!

This event is a special time to commemorate this milestone.

During the event, we’ll be giving out 150 bonus sleep points every day. Also, Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly—who appeared during the First Anniversary Fest—will have a greater appearance rate, and there will be all kinds of bonuses.

• Jul. 7 (Mon) at 4:00 a.m. to Jul. 14 (Mon) at 3:59 a.m.

The following effects will trigger in the applicable areas during this event.

• Certain Pokémon will be more likely to appear during sleep research.
• Dream Shards from sleep research ×1.5.
• Your cooking pot will be 1.5 times larger (or 3 times larger on Sunday only). That means more ingredients can fit!
• A few Pokémon of different sleep types will appear during sleep research regardless of your sleep type for that day.
