Goliath Games has partnered with The Sims to produce a new board game.
The Sims, a spin-off of 1989’s SimCity, is one of the most popular video game lines of all-time (see “Sims“). For the first time, this IP will hit the tabletop as a board game. The new board game will attempt to capture the spirit of video game via gameplay to honor The Sims franchise as it turns 25 years old.
“2025 is a big year for The Sims as we celebrate its 25th birthday,” said Lyndsey Pearson, The Sims VP Franchise Creative. “This is another way to expand The Sims world and engage our incredible fan base as we grow The Sims entertainment platform.”
The new board game is slated for retail release in summer 2025.
