Turn Halloween into Pokéween when you don the Mask Pokémon’s multiple disguises.

Looking for a quick and easy costume this Pokéween? Take inspiration from the Mask Pokémon and download this collection of printable masks featuring the multiple disguises worn by the Legendary Pokémon Ogerpon. Choose from the Teal Mask, Wellspring Mask, Hearthflame Mask, or Cornerstone Mask, or have all four on hand in case you need a quick change (or if you need to suddenly switch up your type).

Once you’ve downloaded the above files, you’ll need to print them out, then decorate the masks however you choose using your favorite coloring supplies. Once they’re looking their best, simply cut the masks out along the dotted line and glue or tape them to craft sticks to complete your masterpiece. Remember to stay safe while assembling your masks, so please ask for help if you need it during these steps.

You can use these masks when you go trick-or-treating, share them with friends, or use them as colorful decorations. Trick or treat yourself by dressing up as your favorite character this haunting season.

Halloween is on the way, and choosing a faboolous costume is high on the to-do list. The good news is that Pokémon Horizons: The Series offers no shortage of colorful, memorable characters to serve as inspiration for your latest Halloween masterpiece. From thoughtful characters like Liko, Dot, and Amethio to bolder Trainers like Roy and Friede, there’s a costume for every Pokémon fan.

Putting together your costume might take time, so get an early start, channel your creativity, and don’t forget to watch Pokémon Horizons: The Series on Netflix for inspiration. Here are some tips for assembling your LikoRoyDotFriede, or Amethio costume:

Liko

This polite Pokémon Trainer began her journey by leaving her home in Paldea to attend Indigo Academy in Kanto. After joining the Rising Volt Tacklers, she started coming out of her shell and is working on her goal of understanding the feelings of Pokémon.

  • Green hairpin
  • Blue jacket
  • White shirt
  • Blue shorts
  • White socks with a blue band

If you plan to wear a wig or temporarily color your hair, remember that the underlayer of Liko’s hair is actually blue. You can achieve this look by layering two different wigs.

We rarely see Liko without her partner Pokémon, Sprigatito. You can get your own Sprigatito at the Pokémon Center.

Roy

This adventurous and energetic Pokémon Trainer began his journey after meeting Fuecoco on the island where he lived. His enthusiasm sometimes results in overconfidence, but his passion for Pokémon and new experiences always pulls him through.

  • Black and white hat
  • Black vest
  • Red shirt with white sleeves
  • Unown R decal on shirt
  • Brown shorts
  • Black sandals
  • Blue backpack

Don’t forget the red splash of bangs beneath Roy’s hat.

Roy’s journey really begins when he meets Fuecoco. You can pick up your very own Fuecoco from the Pokémon Center.

Roy is known to carry an Ancient Poké Ball that plays an important role in his adventures. You can create your own Ancient Poké Ball costume accessory using papier-mâché, clay, or polystyrene foam and paint.

Dot

This popular content creator is perhaps best known as the dynamic and outgoing Nidothing. IRL, however, Dot is shy and reclusive, choosing to spend most of her time creating new videos in her room.

  • Purple jacket
  • Dark tank top
  • Green sweatpants
  • Snorlax slippers

Dot’s hair features an outer purple layer and interior pink layer. This effect could be achieved by stacking a purple wig on top of a pink wig.

Even though Dot starts her journey as a Pokémon Trainer a little later than Liko and Roy, her bond with Quaxly is strong. If you plan to wear a Dot costume this Halloween, you can pick up your own Quaxly at the Pokémon Center.

Friede

As a Pokémon Professor and the leader of the Rising Volt Tacklers, Friede is always ready for the next adventure. He might be a little forgetful when it comes to updating his crew about the latest news, but he works hard to protect his ship and crew.

  • Goggles
  • Pilot’s jacket
  • Black shirt
  • Patches
  • Khaki pants
  • Belt with buckle design
  • Boots

Friede’s jacket has several patches on it—a patch of Charizard’s head on his left arm, a red patch with a yellow symbol on the left side of his chest, and a patch of Charizard’s wing on his right arm.

Friede has two partner Pokémon—Captain Pikachu and Charizard. You can accessorize your Friede costume with your very own Pikachu plush and Charizard plush.

Amethio

As one of the chief antagonists of Pokémon Horizons: The Series and a prominent member of the Explorers, Amethio tends to be very focused on the task at hand. Despite his reserved personality, Amethio never shies away from battle and is confident in his ability to fulfill the demands of his superiors. An Amethio costume is deceptively simple, requiring small but important details.

  • Black gloves
  • Long-sleeved collared shirt with purple line
  • Slacks with a purple line
  • Bolo tie with purple triangle
  • Dress shoes

Amethio’s hair is light gray on his left side and dark gray on his right side, which might be a challenging look to achieve. Whether you want to use a wig or color your own hair, be sure to plan ahead.

Because Amethio has vivid amethyst eyes that match the color of his bolo tie, you might consider using colored contact lenses for your costume.

Ceruledge is Amethio’s ace Pokémon. You can pick up a plush Ceruledge from the Pokémon Center to complete your costume.

Don’t forget to use #Pokeween to share your costume on social media with fellow Pokémon fans! And keep an eye out for more Pokéween content, including Pokémon stencils, a Year of the Dragon Halloween opinion piece, and more.
