Marvel Comics will collect the 1980s adventures of Silver Surfer in a single omnibus edition, Silver Surfer: Return to the Spaceways Omnibus. The 1,360-page hardcover includes Silver Surfer (1982) #1, Silver Surfer (1987) #1-33, Silver Surfer Annual (1988) #1-2, Marvel Graphic Novel: Silver Surfer (1988),Silver Surfer (1988) #1-2, Silver Surfer: The Enslavers (1990), Fantastic Four (1961) # 325, Super-Villain Classics (1983) #1, and material from Epic Illustrated (1980) #1, Marvel Comics Presents (1988) #1, and Marvel Fanfare (1982) #51. The lineup includes Galactus’s origin story, his team-up with the Fantastic Four, and the Stan Lee/Moebius collaboration Silver Surfer: The Parable. The omnibus will go on sale on April 22, 2025, with two covers, one by Ron Lim and a direct market-only edition by Jim Lee, and an MSRP of $150.00.
Julia Garner will play the Silver Surfer in the upcoming Fantastic Four movie, slated for July 2025 (see “Julia Garner in ‘Fantastic Four’“).
