Into U.S. Retail
Asmodee will release Archeos Society, a board game by Space Cowboys, into U.S. retail on June 9, 2023.
In this game, players will guide teams as they explore legendary sites for the Archeos Society. On each turn, players either recruit an explorer or launch an expedition by playing the cards in their hand. They will choose expedition leaders to help their team explore, which each have special abilities for that expedition.
The main strategy element of the game is players deciding whether to form small expeditions, which progress quickly, or larger expeditions, which are more efficient but progress more slowly. The goal of the game is for players to accumulate more discoveries with their teams than their opponents and win the game.
Archeos Society is for two to six players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 60 minutes. It will retail for $49.99.
