Ares Games will release two new game accessories for War of the Ring 2E, a Deluxe Game Mat and a Witch-King Card Box, into retail on December 2, 2022.
The War of the Ring Deluxe Game Mat features a 50% larger playing space than the standard game board for players to utilize on the tabletop. The mat is printed on high-quality neoprene and can be rolled into a tube for storage. It will retail for $69.90.
The War of the Ring Card Box and Sleeves – Witch-king Edition is a tin box that comes with 120 custom sleeves for the game. The sleeves and tin card box feature the Witch-king of Angmar and the symbol of the Shadow Armies. It will retail for $15.90.
