Pokémon GO’s Fall Marathon: Buddy Trek event will run from Oct. 13 at 10 a.m. through Oct. 19 at 8 p.m. local time, introducing Bramblin to the game through GO Pass tasks and Incense encounters. The event will also let trainers raise Mega Manectric to the new Super Max level, unlocking its Discharge+ Charged Attack with 50 power in Trainer Battles and 150 power in raids. Wild and Incense encounters will include Ponyta, Electrike, Blitzle, Skarmory, Hisuian Growlithe and more, while event bonuses include increased Shiny Electrike odds, 2× Incense duration at GO Pass Rank 10 and 5× Mega Energy when exploring with Electrike or Manectric at Rank 20. Free Timed Research offers 16,800 XP and an encounter with marathon visor Pikachu, while the $4.99 GO Pass Deluxe and $6.99 Deluxe + 6 Ranks options add encounters, Manectric Mega Energy, Rare Candy XL and other rewards.
