Manga Mavericks Books has announced that it will host Horon of the Closed Country manga creator Sen at Anime NYC 2026.
Sen will make a guest appearance on the Manga Mavericks Books Industry Panel on August 21st and will focus on her career as a manga artist and the development of the Horon of the Closed Country series.

Sen Autograph Session
Sen will also participate in autograph sessions for Horon of the Closed Country at the Manga Mavericks / Independent Manga Alliance booth (Booth #2028). To receive an autograph, attendees must provide proof of purchase of the English print edition of Horon of the Closed Country Volume 1, which will be available for purchase at the Manga Mavericks / Independent Manga Alliance booth.
The autograph sessions are planned for the following times:
- Thursday, August 20: 2:00pm – 3:00pm
- Friday, August 21: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
- Saturday, August 22: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
- Sunday, August 23: 2:00pm – 3:00pm
