Changes Made Reflect Retailer Feedback and Clarify a Store’s Connection to the Tiers and Benefits

Wizards of the Coast announced updates to their WPN Framework that took effect on June 29, 2026.

The updates included a few different, somewhat significant modifications to WPN Framework to clarify a store’s connection to the WPN tiers and benefits.  The metrics on the Dashboard now reflect the last 90 days and will be refreshed once per day.  Tier placements will still be evaluated quarterly; the update just gives retailers access to more information about their metrics.  WotC also made some scoring updates as to how metrics are calculated behind-the-scenes, which will take effect in the next update.

As far as actual metric updates, WotC made an update to the on-time scheduling metric to clarify that the metric measures when events are scheduled, not when they start.  They also updated the event variety metric; it counts unique event template and format combinations scheduled and reported in EventLink (each combination counts once).
