Devir Games announced Ear Candy, a new expansion for Rock Hard: 1977, which will hit retail in Q3 2026.
This is the first expansion for the hit board game Rock Hard: 1977, which was designed by The Runaways’ bassist Jackie Fox (see “‘Rock Hard: 1977’ (Board Game)“). The new expansion allows players to use Life Experiences to pen 45 RPM Singles in various styles. They will need to promote their Singles to get them air-time on the radio to help them move up the Hit List, and serve as another way of the player gaining fame. Ear Candy contains two new characters, two new managers, two new types of Candy, and additional cards for every deck.
The expansion, which requires a copy of the base game to play, is for two to five players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 55 to 100 minutes.
