CATAN Studios announced CATAN Zip!, a new travel version of CATAN, which is on preorder.
This latest version of CATAN allows players to build up their island on the go. It is a pen and paper game that allows for 50 distinct CATAN board layouts via a paper map pad. The game includes sturdy tiles, a self-contained dice roller, and a travel bag, all of which are aimed at making this game easy to play on the road.
The game supports three to four players, ages 10 and up, and plays in 60 minutes. It will retail for $24.99.
CATAN Studio also announced CATAN – On The Road, a new card game by Benjamin Teuber (see “‘CATAN’ Hits the Road“).
