Well it sure looks like Games Workshop is trying to get ahead of this one. We’ve got a new Ork Warboss spotted in the wild.

Apparently the potato camera struck again and a “leak” of an Ork Warboss was floating around. Well, GW decided that since the cat was out of the bag, they might as well show off the model in all it’s glory. I’m glad they did because this Warboss looks like a pretty cool miniature.

This is the first time that an Ork Warboss has come as a multi-part plastic kit and all the classic options are represented. You can take your pick of choppa or power klaw, both alongside a dakka-tastic combi-shoota, and there is even an optional Attack Squig (though we all know, that is no option at all – of course you are picking the squig).

New Plastic Ork Warboss

So GW confirmed it right there. This is the first time we’re getting a new plastic Ork Warboss with all those classic weapon options in tow. Gee, if only they shared what those other weapon options were. Oh wait, they did that.

Looks like we’ve got a Power Klaw, Power Axe, a Choppa, an Attack Squig, and a Kustom Shoota. I’m a little fuzzy on the Shoota to be honest, I don’t know what it’s called only the sound it makes: *DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA*! Oh and let’s not forget the Grot with him.

On top of that it also looks like we’re getting a couple different head options as well at least a pair of back poles to work with. It’s also nice to see that there’s various extra doodads on this miniature. There appears to be a few different bandoleer options, a toof necklace, various kneepads, and even the left thigh has a slab of armor that looks optional. I really want to see the sprues for this kit now!

GW also teased that there’s more Orks coming. Gee, I wonder if there’s some sort of big change or update or box coming this Summer or something.

The Orks are coming. And I don’t think that’s all that’s on the way.
