More Fees Submitted for Diamond’s Chapter 11 Filing
There’s a lot that goes into a Chapter 11 filing and for a process that involves not being able to pay bills, there’s a massive amount of money that goes towards lawyers and other advisors involved in the process. We’ve been following all of that when it comes to Diamond‘s Chapter 11 process though not reporting on every small detail like this.
Part of the process is The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors which acts as a voice for the unsecured creditors during the process. Three new filings for frees for April were filed today regarding that and the amounts are interesting.
This is more a peak behind the curtain than anything else.
