
Where’s our money?! Dynamic Forces Motions for Administrative Expense of over $500,000 from Diamond
Diamond‘s Chapter 11 woes have not ended. The company, now a shell of its former self after assets were purchased, still needs to release a plan of how it plans to pay off its creditors. One of those creditors, Dynamic Forces, seems tired of waiting. The company has filed a motion “for an order granting the allowance and requiring payment of an administrative expense claim” owed by Diamond Comic Distributors.
Since the Chapter 11 filing by Diamond in January 2025, Dynamite has delivered $509,114.21 worth of goods it hasn’t been paid for.
Dynamite is asking to be paid for those goods sold by Diamond and feels it is also entitled to attorneys’ fees and interest at the rate in its accepted bid, as well as late fees.
