Games Workshop unveiled five new miniatures boxed sets, for Warhammer 40,000, which will hit preorder on April 26, 2025.
The first two boxed sets will offer players an array of Death Guard miniatures. Poxwrought Vector Battleforce comes with a miasma-emitting Poxwrought Vector, 7 Plague Marines, 5 Blight Lord Terminators, a Foetid Bloat-Drone, Myphitic Blight-Hauler, and Plagueburst Crawler. The second set, Death Guard: Combat Patrol, provides players with a smaller force with a Lord of Virulence, a Tallyman, 3 Deathshroud Terminators, 7 Plague Marines and a Chaos Rhino.
There will also be two World Eaters boxed sets as well. Their Gorestorm Slaughterpack Battleforce offers up a core World Eater army: a Slaughterbound, 9 Eightbound (who can also be built as Exalted Eightbound), and 20 Jakhals. The second set, Combat Patrol: World Eaters, is a force of Frenzied Reavers comprised of a Daemon Prince, a Master of Executions, 10 Khorne Berzerkers and 10 Jakhals.
Last, but not least, GW will release Combat Patrol: Emperor’s Children. This squad is commanded by Lord Exultant, who comes with 6 Flawless Blades and 10 Infractors in tow.
Games Workshop also recently announced Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolves (see “‘Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolves’ Miniatures“).
