Wise Wizard Games and UVS Games will release Borg: Invasion, a new expansion for Star Trek: Star Realms, into retail in October 2025.
The Borg continues their mission to assimilate the Star Trek: Star Realms galaxy in this new expansion. The expansion adds new content in form of legions of Borg drones as well as Borg technology to help them assimilate other ships and forcefields that make them impervious to attacks. This expansion also features two new multiplayer game modes: cooperative and player vs. player. The cooperative mode allows players to team up against the Borg to prevent assimilation, and the player vs. player mode let’s a player take charge of the Borg in an attempt to assimilate their opponents.
This expansion, plus the base game (see “‘Star Trek: Star Realms’“), supports two to four players, is for ages 14 and up, and plays in 20 minutes.
