Capstone Games will release Up or Down?, a new card game, into retail in July 2025.
In this fast-paced card game, by Wolfgang Kramer and Michael Kiesling, players create ascending and descending columns of cards in an attempt to score points. The cards are color-coded and numbered with elevator floors, and players that manage to place more cards of a single color in a column score extra points. Players can build up to three columns in their display, and the player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
This game is for two to six players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 30 minutes. It will retail for $16.99.
Capstone Games also revealed Meltwater, a new post-apocalyptic board game (see “‘Meltwater’“).
