New Core Booster Set Brings Back The Monarchs, Adds New Psychic Monsters and More
Konami Digital Entertainment updated details on the upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG: Duelist Advance set. This set will hit retail on July 4, 2025 (see “Core Booster Set Incoming“).
The new set will see the return of The Monarchs. This group has reformed and is out to topple the throne with a brand-new Monarch, a new Squire, and Spell/Trap cards. The set also has a bunch of new monsters: a new Rank 4 Gagaga Girl Xyz Monster, Psychic monsters, Fusion monsters, Synchro monsters and a Link-2 Monster that can call upon Sky Striker Ace -Raye and Sky Striker Ace -Roze from a player’s Deck or Graveyard. The set will also include a new World Premiere theme.
The set breaks down to contain 10 Secret Rares, 14 Ultra Rares, 26 Super Rares, and 50 commons. Starlight Rares also make a return in this set; there are 24 cards available as a Starlight Rare variant, but only one Starlight Rare special card.
