Atomic Mass Games is releasing card packs for the new edition that will enable existing players to replace their old Unit cards and Command cards with new ones that are up to date to the current version of the game. Print and play versions of the new rules cards are already available for free from the Atomic Mass Games website, and will remain available.
A player with a normally sized collection will only need to buy one unit card pack to have enough cards for their entire army – you might need more if you have a truly huge force.
Universal card pack and other essentials
Release date: Q3 2025
MSRP: Not yet confirmed
The new Universal Card Pack will be released alongside the new starter boxes. This is intended for both new and existing players. Previously, universal upgrade and command cards were included with model kits. The Universal Card Pack collects all the existing cards and updates them to the new rules – any new cards will be released in similar packs.
If you don’t intend to pick up one of the new starter sets, a Battle Deck card pack contains the cards, tokens, and trackers necessary to set up missions. Likewise, the Essentials kit has the tokens and range rulers needed to run a game.
