CMON revealed Nova Era, a new civilization-building game, which will release in 2025.
In Nova Era, by Andrea Chiarvesio, players will take charge of a civilization and attempt to build them up to become the greatest civilization on the planet. They will draft actions and spend different dice types in order to attain a variety of resources and bonuses. As they build up their civilizations, players will have to navigate the pitfalls of social unrest and other decisions that may lead to natural disasters and the oncoming Dark Age.
This game lasts for three eras of play. During these eras, players will take actions to try to fulfill objectives and gain technology, which score points. After the third era of play, the most successful civilization wins the game.
Nova Era is for two to four players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 60 minutes.
CMON is also launching its latest Zombicide Fantasy series game, Zombicide: White Death, with a core set and four expansions (see “‘Zombicide: White Death’“).
