Alot has happened since Liko and Roy joined the Rising Volt Tacklers and set off on their very own journeys as Pokémon Trainers in Part 1 of Pokémon Horizons: The Series. With the help of the other Rising Volt Tacklers, and stymied by the efforts of the Explorers, Liko is determined to learn more about the Ancient Explorer Lucius and his Pokémon, known as the Six Heroes. With Part 4 of Pokémon Horizons: The Series coming to Netflix on November 22, 2024, it’s time to brush up on Part 3 with a quiz. - In Episode 26, “Terapagos’s Adventure!.” the Rising Volt Tacklers are enjoying breakfast aboard the Brave Olivine when Liko realizes that Terapagos has wandered off. Later, after the Pokémon’s exploration of the ship leads to a moment of danger for it and Liko, Liko’s grandma sits down with her to share more information about Lucius. Liko formally asks the Rising Volt Tacklers if they will help her find the rest of the Six Heroes to help Terapagos reach Laqua. Liko, Roy, and their Pokémon investigate the source of the liquid, roaming the ship as they chase strange sounds and more appearances of the fluid. The source of the disturbance turns out to be a Polteageist that has become obsessed with battling one of the Pokémon aboard the Brave Olivine. Liko and Roy discover Polteageist having a tea party with the Pokémon aboard the ship, and the rest of the Rising Volt Tacklers react calmly to its presence.Which Pokémon does Sinistea become determined to battle after it boards the ship?
- In Episode 31, “Song Within the Mist.” a ship traveling through thick mist is in danger until a Lapras appears ahead of it, singing a mysterious song that seemingly dissipates the mist. Dot reports that the most recent Lapras sighting was in a small port town, and the Rising Volt Tacklers decide to travel there. The captain of the ship tells Friede, Liko, and Roy about his ship’s encounter with Lapras, and the crew of the Brave Olivine continues its pursuit, with even Dot and Quaxly excited to participate. When the Brave Olivine is shrouded in a thick mist, the crew hears Lapras’s song. At the same time, two wild Pokémon sneak on board and attempt to steal berries. - In Episode 32, “Lapras’s Feelings for Its Friends.” the Brave Olivine is invaded by wild Pokémon pirates led by Lapras. With Ludlow at the helm, he commands one of the Rising Volt Tacklers’ Pokémon to fend off the first wave of attacks after catching up to the pirate Pokémon. While most of the pirate Pokémon retreat, Lapras attacks the Brave Olivine head on. Lapras freezes the Brave Olivine before making its escape. Later, when Lapras returns to the pirate gang’s hideout, Liko, Roy, and Friede are waiting for it. As Liko talks to Lapras, Arboliva and Galarian Moltres emerge from their Ancient Poké Balls, and Lucius appears in a vision. Lapras agrees to journey with Liko and Roy, revealing its own Ancient Poké Ball. - In Episode 33, “Roar of the Black Rayquaza.” Roy’s reunion with the black Rayquaza is interrupted when Amethio attacks it. Amethio loses the battle, and the black Rayquaza flees, leaving Friede, Liko, Roy, and their Pokémon to return to the ship. Afterward, Diana tells Friede that she plans to leave the Brave Olivine to do her own research into the Explorers. But before she goes, she asks Liko and Roy to battle her. In order for Liko and Roy to win, all they have to do is land one attack. Liko’s Sprigatito and Roy’s Fuecoco use their small size to their advantage against Diana’s Arcanine, and Liko’s Sprigatito manages to score the winning hit. After the battle is over, Mollie announces that Terapagos is awake after its intense experience with the black Rayquaza. - In Episode 34, “Respective Departures.” Liko is sad about Diana’s decision to leave the ship, so she and Roy decide to throw her a farewell party. Meanwhile, disappointed by his defeat, Amethio asks Hamber to battle with him to help prepare for his next encounter with the black Rayquaza.
