The newest Pokémon set is Stellar Crown, released in September 2024. One of the smallest sets in years, it contains just 175 cards, including powerful Tera ex Pokémon cards called the ‘Stellar Pokémon’.

Stellar Crown is focused on the Stellar Pokémon that appeared in the ‘The Indigo Disk’ DLC for the Scarlet & Violet videogames. These gorgeous, crystal Pokémon appear in the wake of the legendary Pokémon Terapagos. In the trading card game they’re Tera ex Pokémon with extremely powerful attacks that rely on multiple kinds of energy.
There’s extra support for the Tera ex Pokémon card type in the set. Briar, a supporter, that you can use to claim an extra Prize Card if you knock out an enemy’s Pokémon with one of your Tera Pokémon, provided your opponent has exactly two Prize Cards remaining. There are also new ACE SPEC cards in the set, including the powerful Sparkling Crystal, which reduces the cost of attacks by the Tera Pokémon it’s attached to by one energy.
As with all modern Pokémon expansions, there are a number of illustration cards and special illustration cards at high Pokémon card rarity levels.

As with every mainline Pokémon card set release, Stellar Crown came out with a range of different packs available to get your hands on the new cards.
Booster Box
Your top choice to add a large volume of cards to maximize your pull chances on the ones you want, a booster box includes 36 standard, 10-card booster packs. Each pack contains four common cards, three uncommons, and three foil cards, at least one of which is going to be a rare or some higher type of rare.
Booster Bundle
The next rung down, a Booster Bundle includes 6 booster packs – you’ll save less per pack than you would with a full box, but more than buying individual boosters.
Elite Trainer Box
A broader, collection-building choice for many players, the Elite Trainer Box gives you eleven booster packs, two full-art foil Noctowl promo cards (one with a Pokémon Center logo, and a bunch of materials to build a Pokémon deck, including 45 Energy cards, 65 Stellar Form Terapagos card sleeves, six damage counter dice, a plastic flipping coin, and two plastic markers for Pokémon special conditions.
