Issue: Raid Battles and Max Battles were more challenging than expected.
Issue description: For a brief time on October 3rd, Raid Battles and Max Battles were more challenging than expected, often leading to Trainers losing the battle unexpectedly.
Issue status: Resolved. See below for the make-good offered to affected Trainers.
Make good update:
The below will be added via Timed Research to affected Trainer accounts. Trainers must claim the research in order to receive the contents. These Timed Research will expire on April 9th, 2025 at 11:59pm local time.
Trainers who lost a Max Battle during the affected period will receive:
- 400 Max Particle
- 10 Revives
- 10 Hyper Potions
Trainers who lost a Raid Battle during the affected period will receive:
- 10 Revives
- 10 Hyper Potions
- 1 Premium Battle Pass
