Skybound is marking the 10th printing of Void Rivals #1 with 10 new covers, and a “Skybound Gold” moniker, the company announced. The first issue, initially released in June 2023, launched the Energon Universe, Skybound’s comic world for its Hasbro-licensed titles featuring G.I. Joe and Transformers.
The new printing, with its 10 variant covers and Skybound Gold trade dress, will be released September 11, 2024. The covers will include a foil edition of the issue’s original main cover by Lorenzo De Felici, Darak-centric and Solila-centric versions of that De Felici cover, new Darak-featured and Solila-featured covers by Jason Howard, and all-new covers by Andrea Milana, Daniel Warren Johnson, E.J. Su, Andrei Bressan, and Conor Hughes, all at $3.99.
