Written by Caleb Goellner, drawn by Hendry Prasetya and featuring primary covers by Jorge Jiménez, the exciting tale will kick off as intrepid teenage reporter April O’Neil and leader of the Hidden Leaf Village Tsunade have a secret meeting which draws the attention of Naruto, Sasuke, and Kakashi. The mysterious chat also captures the interest of the evil Foot Clan as they suspect it could be connected to mutagen research being conducted by the sinister scientist Baxter Stockman.
