An official Pokémon Store opened at the Tokyo Station back in 2018. Read on below for an official update:

On Wednesday, July 10th, the Pokémon Store Tokyo Station will reopen!
At the entrance to the new store, stationmaster Pikachu, Meowha, Hogtail, and Squass will be waiting to greet you.
*The current store will close on Sunday, June 23rd.
In commemoration of the reopening, souvenirs such as leaf cookies in a tin and stylish gold-handled shoppers will be available. Be sure to check them out along with the popular Stationmaster Pikachu stuffed toys and mascots. Let’s
all come and visit the new Pokémon Store Tokyo Station!
