Skybound, Image Comics, and Universal Products & Experiences have announced that Universal Monsters: Creature from The Black Lagoon Lives! #1 has sold out at the distributor level and will be getting a second printing.
The debut issue of the four-issue limited comic book series from acclaimed writers Dan Watters and Ram V, along with artist Matthew Roberts, and colorist Dave Stewart will return to comic book shops with a new variant cover by Francesco Francavilla on June 12, 2024.
In addition to the Creature himself, the series introduces new characters like journalist Kate Marsden and serial killer Darwin Collier, along with a returning character from the film – the mysterious Doctor Edwin Thompson.
