Actor Ben Starr will be a guest at Otakon 2024. He is known for both his live action and voice work, notably in the videogame “Final Fantasy XVI.”
Starr can be recently seen in “London Kills.” He can be more notably seen in “Jamestown,” where he plays the role ofmDr Christopher Priestley, and the film “7 Miracles,” in which he starred as Judas. His other current screen credits include the Apple series “Trying,” ITV’s miniseries “You & Me,” as well as the most recent season of Netflix’s “You.”
As a voice artist, Ben has been credited on a number of video games such as “A Way Out,” “Quantum Break,” and “Arknights,” where he voiced the role of Sharp. He now stars in the latest “Final Fantasy XVI” game as the lead protagonist, Clive Rosfield, who embarks to seek revenge after his kingdom is destroyed. “Final Fantasy XVI” was one of the most anticipated releases of 2023, having been nominated in this category for the 2022 Game Awards and for PlayStation’s Game of the Year in the 2023 Golden JoyStick Awards.
Otakon 2024 will be held from August 2 to August 4 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
