Games Workshop Raises Prices for Third Year in a Row

Games Workshop has announced that it will raise its prices on products starting June 10, 2024.

For the third year in a row (see “Price Increases 2022” and also, “Price Increase 2023“), Warhammer products will become more expensive. The reasons given by GW for the latest price increases were essentially that “the world keeps getting more expensive,” with materials and transportation being noted as two costs that have been trending upward. The next round of price increases will see miniatures products go up between 3%-5%.

The one bright spot in this announcement is that paint pots, paint sets, White Dwarf, and Black Library products will not be going up in price. Games Workshop also recently announced that they will release Combat Patrol – Chaos Space Marines, a new boxed set for Warhammer 40,000 (see “Combat Patrol – Chaos Space Marines Inbound!“).
