Games Workshop has shared several upcoming releases for the T’au Empire, including a new edition of the Codex, additional Kroot units, and exclusive miniatures sold through Target.
Codex: T’au Empire – Available for Pre-Order The latest edition of the Codex for the T’au Empire will be open for pre-orders starting this Saturday. This edition includes updated datasheets, detachments for Fire Caste troops, and an expansion of the Kroot range with new skirmishing units. A special collector’s edition will also be available, featuring enhanced cover art and design elements.
New Kroot Units Introduced The Kroot range is expanded with the introduction of three new leaders: the War Shaper, Trail Shaper, and Flesh Shaper, each providing unique tactical benefits. Additionally, the lineup now includes the Lone-spear, a sniper unit, and revamped Krootox units, such as the Krootox Rider and Krootox Rampagers, which are designed for heavy support and melee combat.
Combat Patrol Set and Gaming Accessories A new Combat Patrol set for the T’au Empire will be released, featuring a combination of infantry and mechanized units for varied tactical gameplay. Alongside this, T’au-themed dice and Datasheet Card packs will be available, enhancing the thematic gaming experience.
Ork Made to Order Kits New Made to Order kits for the Orks are also announced, including the Ork Dreadnought, Blood Axe Kommandos, and a selection of Nobz, tailored to provide distinct tactical options and visual styles.
Exclusive Miniatures at Target The Warhammer Heroes Series 4 miniatures will be available exclusively at selected Target stores and on Target’s website. This series includes various Space Marine figures, each equipped with a datacard for Kill Team games.
Additional Options for Solar Auxilia The Solar Auxilia will see enhancements with the addition of the Basilisk and Medusa tanks for long-range artillery support, and the Hermes Light Sentinel, a fast attack vehicle with customizable options.
Black Library Releases The Black Library will release new books, including “War for the Mortal Realms,” an omnibus that traces the history of Warhammer Age of Sigmar, and “Yndrasta: The Celestial Spear,” focusing on the adventures of Yndrasta in the Realm of Beasts.
